Prior to working in the security industry Richard served in the British Armed Forces where he deployed to multiple operational theatres. On completion of his military service, Richard relocated to Yemen for 4 years; during his time he progressed from Team Leader to Quick Response Force Manager and finally fulfilled a role as Country Security Manager for an international company. In 2009 Richard deployed to Iraq where he managed multiple contracts including high-profile US Military convoys, diplomatic guard forces and international oil and gas PSD teams. Richard is currently responsible for the operational delivery of Al-Murabit’s & Al-Thaware’s security services contracts in Central Iraq.
