Ali Mashkour

Government Relations and Business Manager, Iraq

Ali Mashkour completed his Construction Management degree (BSc) in 2009. While at university he was part of the Officer Training Corp (OTC-TA) as a Cadet and then joined the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) in 2008 as a Special Constable (Volunteer). He started working for project management consultancy firms in various domestic and commercial construction projects and refurbishments, while doing his police duties on weekends. In 2012 he also took on a third role as a business and security consultant to assist international companies in entering the Iraq market. In June 2015, Ali was given the opportunity by Harlow International’s CEO to join the security team to bridge and liaise between the Iraqi and expat staff in both AMS and ATS and is now part of the security project and operational management team.
