Amer Mahmoud

General Manager

Amer Mahmoud, Graduate of Iraqi Air force Academy at 1976 and served as an officer at the Iraqi Air force, during his duty he participated in different training courses such as basic ATC in India, radar control in Italy and Instructor course in England, then he joined the Iraqi collage of leaders, he was assigned as a commander at the Joint air cooperation center at Baghdad international airport coordinating the air trafficking between military and civil flights, he served for more than 30 years in the Iraqi Air force in different air bases and headquarters of the Iraqi air force at the field of operations, safety, training and administration and granted the rank of brigadier-general.

After retirement worked in private sector at the field of security services, he occupied the position of Managing director in Peak group Inc. a British security services company that worked in Iraq providing security solutions for different clients such as Orascom telecom (iraqana) and Schneider electric in cooperation with USAID involving providing mobile and static security services, next he worked in Al-Murabit security services as the Managing Director in addition he takes the role of following MOI procedures and regulations, following on both tax and social security offices clearing out the company’s legal issues.

Amer Mahmoud granted great deal of administrative, operational and legal experience during his career in the field of security services which qualified him to occupy the positions he had and still occupy.
