Operation Manager

My name is Andy Paddon I served for 23 years in the Gloucester Regiment in a number of roles ranging from Recce Platoon, Anti Tank Platoon and Regimental Recruiter. I served in hostile environments in, Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq On leaving the Army I had a few ventures before becoming a Security Manager, From this role I came to Iraq where I have worked as a Team 2 ic Medic / Team Leader/Security Coordinator and Ops Manager. Andy has a wealth of experience in the security industry, along with 23 years military experience he has been employed as a Team Medic, Team Leader, Security Manager and an Operations Manager. On leaving the Army he held numerous positions ranging from Prison Officer to Landlord before returning to the security sector. Andy prides himself on hard work and fairness. His current role is working as an Operations Manager with AMS-91 working in Baghdad and Basra dealing with the daily management on contracts and managing the numerous ad hoc tasks that come to AMS.
